Information for Speakers
The presentation should be submitted no later than 3 business days before the event date to the Project Coordinator - Zofia Andryszczyk: z.andryszczyk@mmcpolska.pl
The Organizer is not responsible for the incorrect display of the presentation if it was not submitted in advance and prepared according to the following guidelines.

If you wish to share presentations from your own device during your speech, please inform the organizer in advance, providing presentation details (e.g., whether there is sound or video) and information about the device (e.g., laptop brand, port type). If using your own device, please be present for the technical rehearsal at the time designated by the organizer.
Presentation Parameters:
  • File: MS PowerPoint (if special fonts are used in the presentation, please send them along with the file),
  • Format: 16:9 - this is the size of the screens used during the conference,
  • Videos in .PPT - ideally embedded in the presentation and also sent separately (properly labeled) so they can be displayed in case of issues with direct playback from .PPT,
  • Legibility: high contrast colors, large font size, avoid website screenshots.

We strongly discourage the use of presentations in PDF format. When playing a PDF file on an external monitor, it is not possible to preview upcoming slides or see their numbering.

Please also refrain from placing hyperlinks in the presentation - during the event, we do not connect to your company server or the internet.
