Rediscover the city!
SMART CITY FORUM
For over ten years, the Smart City Forum has remained Poland's most important platform for discussions on smart cities, modern public services, and technologies that genuinely impact the quality of residents' lives.
During the last, 21st edition of the Smart City Forum, we focused on key challenges facing modern cities: from smart infrastructure and adaptive spatial planning to building data-driven cities. A significant focus was placed on the digitalization of public services and the evolving role of public officials.
During the upcoming 22nd edition, thanks to the work of the Advisory Board chaired by Maciej Bluj, we will address the most current topics concerning the development of Polish cities.
The event will take place concurrently with the Poland Security Congress, providing a perspective on smart city development through the lens of infrastructure resilience and crisis management.
We invite you to join the Forum today to help co-create projects and smart city concepts in our country.

Why is it worth participating in the Congress?
Smart City Forum is a place where, above all, we can meet all the people who implement Smart solutions locally, and the exchange of experiences really helps us sift through the huge range of possibilities. (...) It is also an opportunity to establish cooperation within new solutions.
Every platform for exchanging experiences and mutual learning is very valuable. On one hand, it allows us to share our solutions; on the other – thanks to the presence of the business side – it enables us to acquire new technologies that we can adapt to our specific conditions in cooperation with our Smart teams.
A very necessary and creative initiative, especially in terms of exchanging experiences. We have all the city mayors here, and above all, you can see an openness to innovation. Cooperation and sharing experiences are most important to us now. This forum represents a huge step forward.
Smart City Forum is a place where we can truly focus on challenges at the local government level. Our cities differ in size, but the problems are often similar. These basic challenges, and sometimes also solutions, are something very valuable that we can exchange here.
I have a great sentiment for the Smart City Forum. This is where my path to the presidency in Rzeszów somewhat began. It was here that I followed the latest trends, learned how to manage a city in a modern way, and how to respond to contemporary resident requirements.
The fact that we can exchange experiences and show what worked in a given city is extremely valuable. Thanks to this, we can benefit from the successes of others, but also avoid mistakes that someone else has already made.
At the Smart City Forum, we meet with entrepreneurs and other local government officials to talk about smart urban development. Today, the main challenge for cities is focusing on quality of life, and new technologies can help with that.
I am glad that we can meet and discuss what we can do to make our cities function better; to make them more friendly for residents, easier to use, and easier for us to manage.
It is a platform where we can communicate, exchange experiences, and create new strategies that will result in new solutions in our cities and allow our residents to improve their quality of life.
Our residents expect the modern solutions presented here. The event serves to connect those who want to create new cities. Access to new technologies is something fundamental and very significant.
The forum's motto is the power of knowledge, because only knowledge of modern trends will allow us to manage our cities more calmly and effectively. I cordially encourage all of you who haven't attended to come to the next edition – this is the place to be.
